Who I Am

We need to meet where we are before we can grow into who we want to be. I journey together alongside my clients in this therapeutic process. I am trauma-informed and use Hakomi, a body-based approach, along with IFS/parts work and other modalities in my sessions. Creativity is also essential to my approach so we can explore what works best for you. I strive to create a space for you to feel seen, heard and held. A space for you to do the necessary to move towards the life you want. It takes courage to step into this work, and I am here to honor that.

I hold a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have completed a 2-year Hakomi Training. Hakomi is a beautifully supportive approach that allows clients to move at their own pace, bring in what the body communicates, and feel grounded in mindfulness. I also have 20 years of experience teaching yoga, non-linear movement, and sound for healing.

I love spending time in the mountains, playing games, and learning new things in my free time. Finding a therapist you connect with is central to your success. I offer free Zoom consultations to help you decide if we'd be a good fit. Email me today, and I would love to set this up!
